Refund Policy

This policy gives a 30-day post-delivery return window for eligible goods and explains exchanges, damaged-order remedies, shipping costs, and refund timing.
Return authorization
Email Support@crocktad.shop within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, item, and whether you prefer a return or exchange. Wait for authorization and the free prepaid return label before shipping. The default return address is 1515 Airport Rd, Hendersonville, North Carolina, 28792, United States; follow the label if it provides a different routing address.

This summary follows the order from cookware comparison through fulfillment and any customer remedy. It moves from a timely request and authorization to prepaid return shipping, inspection, exchange or refund, and original-method settlement. This page applies specifically to crockpot and its selection of mini and full-size slow cookers, casserole cookers, Dutch ovens, and practical cookware.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete orders
Contact us promptly with the order number and an explanation. Reasonable photos can help but will not be required when unreasonable. We will arrange merchant-paid return shipping when needed and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy. The customer does not pay to correct our error or a qualifying product problem.
Return-cost commitment
crockpot pays return shipping for every approved return, including a no-reason return, and supplies a free prepaid return label. The merchant also pays return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing-item orders. No restocking fee is charged.
Exceptions for ordinary returns
Return the item with included parts and, when practical, original packaging. Customized goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods, and opened food, pet food, or other consumables are not eligible for an ordinary no-reason return. These limits reflect the nature of mini and full-size slow cookers, casserole cookers, Dutch ovens, and practical cookware but do not reduce any remedy for goods that are damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise protected by law.
Inspection and refund timing
After the authorized return arrives and is inspected, we notify you and issue an approved refund to the original payment method. The financial institution normally posts it within 5–10 business days after issuance. Any mandatory remedy or required refund is not limited by this estimate.
Exchange path
State the requested replacement when you open the return. Exchanges depend on stock. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an available alternative or receive a refund for the returned item.
Pre-shipment cancellations
You may request cancellation before shipment. Contact us immediately because cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or carrier handoff. Once shipped, the order follows this return procedure.
